How to Check Your Civil Service Exam Result
- Open the CSC Examination Results portal or the results widget on the official CSC website.
- Select the examination date and the relevant eligibility level.
- Use the official list or regional result link to look for your name. Treat social-media copies as unverified until they match a CSC source.
How to Check Your Civil Service Exam Rating
The CSC provides individual ratings through OCSERGS when the service opens for that examination. Follow the identity and examination details requested by the portal. CSC releases commonly state that individual reports are not mailed.
What Is the Passing Score?
The CSC’s general passing requirement is a general rating of at least 80.00, subject to the official rules and announcement for the examination. A passing rating grants the appropriate civil-service eligibility; it does not guarantee appointment to a government position.
What Happens After You Pass?
Check the CSC announcement for the certificate of eligibility schedule and the releasing office for your region. Bring the identification and supporting documents the CSC requires. Keep your certificate safe because agencies may request proof of eligibility during recruitment. Passing the CSE-PPT does not automatically mean that you have been hired.
What If You Did Not Pass?
Use the result as a study signal. Review the areas where you lost time or confidence, build a realistic practice schedule, and check the next official CSC examination announcement before applying again. Practice with timed sets and review the explanation for every missed answer.
Prepare for Your Next Civil Service Exam
Our free practice tools let you work on the same broad ability areas tested by the CSE-PPT.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the official list of passers?
Use the CSC results portal and the official CSC release linked on this page. The Commission’s source is the controlling record.
Can I request a review of my rating?
Follow the remedy and deadline stated in the applicable CSC examination announcement. Do not rely on unofficial advice about a review process.
Does passing guarantee a government job?
No. It establishes civil-service eligibility. Hiring still depends on vacancies, qualifications, and the agency’s recruitment process.
